Terms of the noszczyk.ai website

Terms for services provided by electronic means, as required by art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

1. Service provider

The service provider is Noszczyk AI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Stefana Pogonowskiego 26, 01‑564 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001212823, NIP 5253072446. Contact: dev@noszczyk.ai.

2. Services

  1. noszczyk.ai is an information website. It provides information about the company and its products and lets you contact us by e-mail and phone.
  2. The website is provided free of charge.
  3. The agreement to use the website is concluded when you open it and ends when you close it.
  4. Nothing is sold on this website. The company’s products are sold inside each product, under that product’s own Terms.

3. Technical requirements

You need a device with an internet connection and a current web browser. To contact us by e-mail, you need an e-mail account.

4. No illegal content

You must not send us content that is illegal. You can report illegal content in our products as described on the Contact page.

5. Complaints

  1. Complaints about the website can be sent to dev@noszczyk.ai or to the company’s postal address.
  2. A complaint should include your contact details and a description of the problem.
  3. We answer complaints within 14 days of receiving them, in the same way the complaint was made unless you ask for another.

6. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection given to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they habitually reside.
  2. We may change these Terms. A change takes effect when the new version is published on this page.
  3. The Polish version is also available. In case of discrepancy, the Polish version prevails, without prejudice to consumers’ mandatory rights.
