1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Noszczyk AI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Noszczyk AI Sp. z o.o.), ul. Stefana Pogonowskiego 26, 01‑564 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register under KRS number 0001212823.
For any matter concerning personal data, write to dev@noszczyk.ai or to the company’s postal address. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
2. What data we process
- Correspondence data. When you e-mail or call us: your e-mail address or phone number, your name (if you give it) and the content of your message or call.
- Technical server logs. When you visit the site, our hosting provider Cloudflare automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the requested address, and your browser and operating system.
This site has no forms, user accounts or payments.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries. If your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract). Otherwise it is art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and answering questions.
- Site security. Technical logs are used to protect the site against attacks and abuse and to detect errors. The legal basis is art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
4. Recipients
We use providers that process data on our behalf (processors):
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and content delivery network (CDN), including technical logs;
- Google (Google Workspace): our e-mail.
Data may also be disclosed to bodies entitled to receive it by law, such as courts or public authorities.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (for certified organisations) or on Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. You can get a copy of these safeguards by writing to dev@noszczyk.ai.
6. How long we keep data
- Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and where it relates to a contract or a claim, until the relevant limitation period ends.
- Technical logs: for the period set by Cloudflare as part of its hosting and security services.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- data portability for data processed on the basis of a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To exercise these rights, write to dev@noszczyk.ai. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.
8. Do you have to give us your data
Giving us data in correspondence is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an e-mail address or phone number. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
9. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies that require consent. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or the Facebook pixel), and the site’s JavaScript is used only to display its pages, not to track visitors. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Cloudflare may, when needed, set a technical cookie that is strictly necessary to protect the site against abuse, such as bot traffic. Such cookies do not require consent.
